The AI employee ladder
Every rung is a build we do with the owner, priced from a starting point and set in writing after the build call. Nothing on this ladder is a checkout: each rung books a build call.

The roster that feeds the ladder
The business roster is written as roles on paper. Each role becomes a sellable AI employee once it is born through the Agent Creator and placed on a rung of the ladder above. None of them is built or selling yet.

What we have not counted yet
We have zero paying customers today; we are opening the first builds now. When the proof board has measured a number, it appears in the proof block with its date and source.
