Your agent has one identity across its face, voice, instructions, knowledge, and tools. The character is a look that the agent wears; changing the look does not create a second agent.
The first meeting
A visitor sees a greeting caption right away. The agent names itself as an AI, asks the page's useful first question, and lets the visitor know they can interrupt. Sound starts only when the browser permits it.
The visitor stays in control
The visitor can use the agent's one menu to change language, mute sound, move or resize the character, ask for the camera, or end the session. Camera and microphone permission come from the browser and require consent.
What the agent can do
An agent can answer from its instructions and connected knowledge, navigate to a page, point to a control, or use an allowed tool. A tool that writes or acts still follows its permission and approval rules.
Charms: small gems your agent wears for you
When NetShow turns charms on for your account (the switch is off by default), your agent can wear small gems that each stand for one thing waiting for you or already done: a new email, a payment, a call, a lead, a job or workflow that finished or stopped, a Slack question, or a marketplace listing that was approved or sent back.
- Open your charm settings while signed in. The page asks "Which charms should your agent wear?" Email is ticked to start; tick the other kinds you want and save. A kind you leave unticked never makes a gem.
- A new thing shows as a small gem on your agent. Tap a gem and your agent, still an AI, tells you about it in its own voice.
- Ask your agent to "handle it all" to hear one summary. Finished things are marked done. Anything that needs you is put on your waiting list for your yes.
A charm never sends, posts, pays or deletes anything by itself. An email reply goes out only after you approve it, and your agent never moves money.
